I agree. While my knowledge of tech is totally 0, I am pretty sure the moderators are not part of the tech team. While we all have to something to bitch about with a situation like this, let’s not lay it on the moderators. That said, I played for 4 hours last night with no issues at all, for the first time since this started. Maybe there is a silver lining in the clouds. (real clouds, not cyber clouds).
I also played for several hours yesterday with no issues - except for the fact that I lost. LOL. That’s on me, not them.

You are absolutely correct. The laws are targeted towards providers and financial institutions.
It’s similar how home games are technically illegal in most jurisdictions which is almost comical to think about.
@dezdezz if you go buy a brand new car from a dealership and you go to drive it home and it won’t start. It has no engine. Are you going to bitch at the sales man? He wasn’t the mechanic or manufacturer that forgot to put the engine in the car.
Well if it has nothing to do with payouts, than what other issues did yall have bc i know 1000% all 4 casinos playback as call it was no where near what it has been for the last four yrs. I barely got to play for 10 to15 mins before it was all gone. I was lucky to hit 1.00 play backs. So thats bs. I didnt even get to a hundred dollars in any of the casinos. I dont mind lossing but i atleast want to play for alittle bit and didnt get it hardly at all this last month.

I worked in IT and Tech ages ago… it’s a pain unfortunately … even a highly experienced IT man/woman can get stumbled for quite awhile. Unfortunate such a wonderful weekend for tournaments and games lost though!

When you say that everyone who lost money will be compensated…how are you planning on keeping track of how much each player lost and how do you know when it was “lost” and when it was normal play? And why would you go through the trouble of adding it all up and paying it back instead of just not taking deposits during this time because you know your shits not right. Also you said that the cyber attacks did not affect how the games paid out. Well then what exactly would you be compensating anyone for?
It will not be compensation for anything lost, as any poker issues should have already been taken care of, and the issues will not impact slot payouts. It will be more or a comp for the inconvenience.
Is there an estimated time of resolution at this point?

Well it’s not fixed. As much as I really don’t want to say it because it could add 6 weeks to the problem but I’m having the issue where my account locks out and I cannot access any games or the dropdown menu at the top.
