They keep on sending promotions of tournaments and jackpots, yet not focusing energy on our compensation or issues

Yeah they send this jackpot promotion and itā€™s not even working either. It says something about an issue when playing the game. So they are still trying to get customers on and spending money but nothing works.

@moderators why are they sending hot drop jackpot messages if that doesnā€™t even work at this time? Why not focus on fixing the site and sending out compensations instead of new promotions that donā€™t even work?

There should be no issue with playing the game. Multiple players have in fact already won the jackpots.

I played on bovada earlier and got an error on the top when the jackpot button was pressed saying it was down because of an issue. The game still worked but it is what it is.

When the menu was dropped from the crown icon at the top it was saying the jackpot was disabled because of an error.

No worries. Not like I had a chance to win anyways. Just more money I wasted during these issues.

Can you show us a screenshot next time of the jackpot being disabled as this isnā€™t really something that should happen.

If you were disconnected during a gameplay session but hit the jackpot, it would likely still register in your account. You donā€™t need to see the visual entertainment display to actually win these just like any other game.

Why are yall still depositing money here if yall know nothing works? They donā€™t care about you. They want your money and thatā€™s the bottom line. Most DDOS attacks last a day at the longest, but many are sorted within a few hours. There are obviously exceptions to this rule, but it is rare, and for a DDOS attack to continue for multiple weeks? Thatā€™s a huge red flag with a companyā€™s security / infrastructure.

Point in case, Iā€™ve deposited over $17K in the last 31 days. Whatā€™d I get? 40k ignition points worth $40 bucks (WITH rollover) & a couple of customer service bonuses that I had to ASK for (worth about $300, also WITH rollover). Most people will probably not receive any of this ā€œcompensationā€ & those who do will probably feel particularly ripped off at how low it is. Just move on, honestly.

@cantseemtosleep I just want to clarify that everyone affected will be receiving the final compensation that is hopefully going to be cleared up by the end of the week.

@Matt I greatly appreciate your response & all that you & the rest of the mod team do for us. I know this isnā€™t up to you guys or something that you all have any control over. Iā€™ve been playing at ignition for a long time now & while Iā€™ve won amazing amounts of money, the majority of it was all given back & then some with all the extra deposits I make. I just hope that whatever compensation is given, it is fairy & takes into account things like the last month of deposits and/or wagers. I know you have no say/control over that either, itā€™s just hard to be optimistic when weā€™re seeing all these messages about ā€œpromotionsā€ & ā€œnew jackpots!ā€ like it screams ā€œCome give us more of your money!ā€ Hopefully they are fair about it though.

Iā€™m done with this bs waiting for them to fix or compensate I had over 10k in last month deposit loss etc done with this lane ass site for real canā€™t get a straight response from them just the usual weā€™re working on it blah blah shit

I registered for a tournament but wasnā€™t able to sit at the table and want refund, I emailed poker@ignitioncasino.eu but they just responded with no additional info.

I have this problem every time I play sit n go jackpot, and like most of us we play multi tourney, sit n go, or whatever, this is clear to everyone. Iā€™m sure and like all of us we already did the log in log out restart app phone and cookies blah blah blahā€¦ WE DID ALL THATā€¦
Any way itā€™s always costing me money aggravation time and more than anything my whole vibe, attitude, desire to enjoy and relax and playā€¦ I have lost 1000,s overall and only get the bare minimum back, because now I gotta do a job they should have logged already Iā€™m supposed to find the time date and issues and tell you to only be told they donā€™t see a disconnection on there end.
As if Iā€™m lying, geez . my thought to sit down and enjoy a night of poker and slots and such at ignition casino is not easy,
I do love the sit n go jackpot but when 4 of 5 times I play Iā€™m disappointed and furious with a negative attitude Iā€™m not so sure this is beneficial for the player or businessā€¦ weā€™re talking about billions of dollars here get your sht together and invest in top of the line equipment employees and softwareā€¦
I damn near break my own phone sometimesā€¦
My buyout refund should be around 1 billion reward points however I would forgive and forget with 10,000,000 reward points or if you really want to keep a top tier player 1btc.

Itā€™s totally unacceptable that their IT team can botch it this bad. How are you suppose to truly believe that everything is random number and not rigged when they canā€™t even fix this? They throw out new jackpot promotions and giveaways on social media in this time when we are all sitting here saying what the effing fork?

how confident are you in the possibility of comps will happen by the end of the week as stated above? i havent deposited $17k like a player above, but about a third of that and I still suggest that this compensation somehow reflects not only the tier levels of clients here, but also how much weā€™ve deposited during this absurd debacle. Like give us at half of our accumulated deposits back over the past 3 weeks, with no rollover. Iā€™d accept that. Iā€™m rooting for Ignition to make it out of this and truly hope that whatever comp comes that it exhibits generosity and gratitude for those of us who have stood by on hold, just waiting and waiting with bated breath. I have to echo what some others have said - seeing these new promotions roll out on social media and our inboxes can feel like a gut punch after enduring the frustrations for the past few weeks. I said this before - I could totally see that if the compensation somehow blows our minds and we dont have to go back and forth with agents having to plead cases for more and whatever is deemed as fair, then the windfall of support Ignition could receive from itā€™s client base on social media could be paramount. I would hope you all want that and perhaps it could not only bring more business, but bring back some customers whoā€™s frustrations caused them to give up and find other options
