My question is when are they considering the end of the week to be its seems as though every week it’s a different song and dance and another excuse as to why we have to wait longer and the fact that we haven’t been given an idea of what compensation might be or if there with be a roll over on it

You say that but it’s been 3 weeks and NONE of you have yet to say anything solid. WHY THE HELL ARE YOU STILL RUNNING PROMOTIONS??? FIX THIS AND SEND OUT COMPENSATIONS then do your meaningless promotions.

I could totally understand if you had the site down and not trying to run money making promotions but you are doing that and it’s a slap in the face to us!

Again I know that this has nothing to do with you moderators. However, it’s a reasonable question to throw at your superiors.

I finally got transferred to a supervisor and this is what I got.

The way these sites have been operating the past few weeks is so damn unethical…….I am really curious to see how much business they will lose if the compensation does not reach players expectations.

Moderators on bovada forum said they are addressing reload spins issues from last night then issuing compensations.

I was experiencing the reload spins on both here and bovada several times in the last 3 weeks.

Every reload spin was an automatic loss with zero payout…. Those should be fully compensated imo

The way you and your site are handling your very public breakdown is horrendous. I had the issue on my spot play on mythic wolf that many had when after every spin it right away said error please reload, reopened it a bunch more times and kept getting the same message, I lost $7 due to this but thats not the worst part, $7 stolen not lost, the machines were broken yet still taking your cash no spins were done yet this ‘casino’ has no issue swallowing your funds and doing nothing about it. I went to the chat messaged some lady and she has the audacity to try and frame it as if I were seeking a non deposit bonus for my general playing losses? I didn’t lose I had my money stolen for non play, I kept trying to point out to her that I was not seeking a bonus due to my losses rather that I was seeking compensation due to the fact that I didn’t have a chance to play, she continued to make it sound like there was nothing wrong on the casinos end however she would try to get me a bonus due to her kind heartedness. Again this is something that should not be called bonus rather compensation with no terms. Additionally she went ahead and did her process and told me there was nothing she could do. Continued to play tried a few more times and still was broken knew beyond a shadow of a doubt I was right message the casino ‘customer service rep #2’ he took a bit of a different stance didn’t outright confirm didn’t outright deny he was a bit more friendly again he said he would hook me up with that big bonus, after minutes reviewing he said there was nothing he could do and the casino would be sending out an email tom with their response and addressal, he ended off with sending me good vibes and peace love and prosperity :crazy_face: Following this i logged on again an hr later and boom I finally see the forum where many people experienced the malfunctioning that I had. I wasted hours yesterday due to this malfunction. I got such horrific coverup and lies from the casino operators. I expect them to delete this post within a few minutes however I will include screenshots, I’m fuming mad about this insanity a straight up crime which should be prosecuted. I deposited over $500 in the past 3 days over 50k over my time being here, and this is the type of service they provide. Until yesterday I had faith in this organization, today I will cease depositing and playing with this site and will take my play elsewhere i her betonline Is pretty good from my friends. Due to their horrific responses non response and comments which have no reality when it comes to the truth.

Any normal moral business would not only compensate heavily without restriction to all those who lost due to their businesses swallowing funds as documented by many, the y would additionally be up from honest and incentivize the user to give them another chance due to their errors.

I see none of this happening here, and frankly I don’t expect that to change.

I think it should be based on game play amount as well as tier level and not going off “deposit amount”. This is the only fair way because even people that used bonuses was basically just a waste with the games erroring.

I think they should get their shit together quickly and compensate anyone that experienced any loss due to their horrific system failure. Their slow and delayed response is pathetic, when you’re business is in the worst crisis that a casino can ever have their failure to provide any sort of resolution shows on their level of care for the customer. It also is telling on how much trust you can have with them.

Now I’m being told this again by the agent.
