im also missing $100+ from my account. tried getting help via live chat and the chick basically called me a liar and didnt help whatsoever. kept telling me that she cannot refund all those cash game buyins that i bought into, played and lost. ARE YOU SERIOUS LADY?!? HOW IN THE WORLD DO YOU NOT KNOW BY NOW THAT TONS OF PPL ARE HAVING THIS SAME ISSUE??? AND THAT EVEN IF I WANTED TO, CANNOT PLAY ANY CASH GAMES AS THE TABLES HAVE NOT BEEN LOADING CORRECTLY SINCE YESTERDAY! not to mention that the $ was taken from my account when i wasnt even logged in!
I am also missing 100. Not a lot of communication. Usually they are better at the updates

All my money has been gone for more than a day now… is it just taking a while to refund everybody?
Accounts are being looked at now by the poker team.
This particular error sucks. Then you shut everything down log back in and see you are down 3 antes and a blind and just had your KK folded.
Have to say, mods have been great about making me whole.
A big site like Ignition should not have reoccurring issues like these and when they do, the players should be compensated. Being the few games in States that is available, can only go on for so long. If ignition wants loyalty, they must treat their players like they are worth it.

Can’t even get to the login screen… in the last month Ignition has had more issues than they have in the last 9 years combined. What is really going on? There is no customer appreciation, literally no “another little gift” bonus miles since November 8th of last year, ongoing website problems… I just don’t understand. Clearly taking my business somewhere else is long overdue.
Sadly i agree. Im in same boat. Was trying to deposit and now almost afraid that it will go through. Any help here Mods? I can get logged in from phone but not laptop. Cant get deposit screen to not kick errors. Cant use any of my rewards.
