Now I’m being directed towards the ‘Live Chat’ by customer support over email - which, everytime I’ve tried, has not gotten a response, or even connected to a real person.

I was able to make my bch deposit but as soon as my first game started client crashed and i cant get back into the client or my table. Just being blinded out. Unbelievable. Trying to find a mod for help.
It is a total shitshow right now.

Days and days of issues. Couldn’t deposit, play slots or poker. And it’s still not fixed. This is beyond old. Time to go to a new site. Had it with ignition and their sister sites.

I really hope we get some kind of compensation for the money being taken out of our accounts and for the poker software not working, both of which I have not had access to for the past 3 days + and these days being the weekend of the Milly makes all that much worse! What’s taking so long to refund our accounts and fix the poker software?

They have taken 155.24 out of mine. I only have 13.57 left. And as things stand I am afraid ti play anything. I really hope they are planning to refund people’s money back into their accounts that have had this 99% hanging room issue…
