MY money shows less than what I have. Can’t reach anyone and it hasn’t been corrected in days - I am Louise mells. :How do I get it made right? Really frustrated from the whole thing. Should I go to the bank and tell them my deposit wasn’t made?

I’m missing over 300 since yesterday. I have not played on ignition poker for a while until recently . Not sure what happened to the site, never had this kind of problem before … which is quite unacceptable to have arbitrarily missing money. Been playing online poker fir more than 10 years , never seen this before . Perhaps they should not even have it running until the problem is all fixed, because it’s really bad experience for any players ,

Still missing $1,000 that I was charged for “playing” cash games on 5/21 that I never played. TWELVE incorrect charges within a 30 min timespan when poker wasn’t even working. Received an email response that didn’t address the issues and was told to try live chat which doesn’t work.
Only missing $10 But still super annoying

When I randomly refresh my home screen money is leaving my account without me playing anything. I was just on hold for over 30 minutes and they hung up on me. I need to be compensated for the money that has involuntarily left my account.
yeah I have 50 dollars missing. Everytime i tried to load into a game it was stuck at 99% and then now my money is stuck in the game and I have no way of getting it out. I can’t seem to get a hold of anyone on live chat
