Since when does it take 20 hours to process? In the past year it has never been more than a hour. Lately I have been seeing for the past month across the 4 forums is that all of a sudden it’s longer than a hour. Why the change? Please avoid the excuse of the up to 24 hours to process because it has never taken that long ever. Why the change?
@zugz22 This specific withdrawal is being held for an internal review, once completed it will be sent out.
Generally 24-48 hours approximately.
Any updates with my specific case? Still waiting.
Any way I can escalate this case/get more help with it, been almost 120 hrs without any kinds of response and beginning to wonder if I will actually get my withdrawal (which is quite a large one for me).
Why would a withdrawal ever even take 6 days? What is the excuse now?
I can see that it got processed. Not really sure what could be the issue. Apologies for the inconvenience.
So I’ve a fairly seasoned Ignition customer who withdrawals fairly regularly, the most recent being a little over a week ago. Every withdrawal has gone out in 48 minutes on the dot for the last several years, except one where it fell through the cracks,
My current withdrawal has not been reviewed and it has been a few hours. I am aware of the stated 24-48 hour review period that is stated, but that does not change the fact that something is irregular since it has gone beyond the established time frame.
My question would be is there something that has changed with the wds systemically? Or what real information can be passed along so that I can manage my expectations properly, with the understanding that I am fully aware that it is not considered a problem eligible for escalation until 48 hours has elapsed? Thanks.
Hi @Fuggit,
I’m sorry, however, there’s nothing we can really do, since withdrawal is still within the timeframe, you would need to wait.
Keep up the good work.
As requested show me the withdraw request with the SV wallet you state I send because the wall address i have is a BCT address please show me the SV address.

My BTC withdrawal was processed yet the actual BTC transaction has been pending for 2 days. I could use some help because I’ve never had this happen before.
This is the transaction ID from Ignition sending me the BTC.

It’s because they sent it to the blockchain with a much lower fee than the recommended transaction fee for that time. And then the blockchain got flooded with even more volume causing the recommended transaction fee to go even higher so now all incoming transactions are getting processed before yours.
More than likely you won’t see that confirmed for a couple more days. I have one that was sent from ignition as well and I’m like 40000 ahead of you in the queue and I still won’t likely see mine for a couple days because of the low transaction fee.
There’s nothing that ignition can do now that it’s been sent. The damage was already done with the low fee and size. Now we just wait and pray the volume slows down and the miners can catch up with the transactions with lower fees.
It’s almost been 4 days now of waiting for my transaction to be confirmed on the blockchain and I’ve moved up a whole 10k spots in the queue. Meanwhile 1.7 million transactions have come in after mine and have already been confirmed.
Thanks again Ignition for the BS fee you attached to my transaction that has caused it to be lowest priority on the blockchain.
I’m in the same boat with 5 transactions pending for 5 days now. I can’t imagine that we are the only ones affected and that there is no outrage about this. Won’t play here until this is resolved.
Yeah they definitely screwed us. I’ve made 2 bitcoin deposits as well as 2 bitcoin withdrawals on another site and all 4 transactions were confirmed within an hour. Why?..…because they were sent with the appropriate fees.
Ignition will claim its because the blockchain is congested and that’s why our transaction is taking so long. But that’s not entirely true. In reality it’s because they sent it with a BS transaction fee.
Since they sent my transaction to the blockchain there have been over 2 million transactions come in after mine that have already been confirmed. It’s been 4 days and it really hasn’t made any progress on the blockchain and will likely be another week before it’s confirmed.
***Attached is pic of a bitcoin deposit I just received from someone else. Look at how long it could have taken with the right fee ignition….17 minutes
