@moderators look I totally get waiting until everything is resolved to compensate people for the instability issues of the site But what I don’t understand is you not compensating the people that you made wait almost 2 days after the deposit was confirmed to get their money no concern in the world about it. 36 hours after my deposit was confirmed did you finally put it in my account. Not even and I’m sorry not even an extra deposit bonus nothing you literally just said it should be available now. That situation is not subjective and all that were affected by it should’ve been compensated In addition to having their deposit put in their account

Now that is my problem. With the bonus points they gave me I traded for $20 jackpot sit n go tickets. I got the bankroll to exactly $1400 from that. I got a 5x on the $100 sit n go and the 15x on $60 sit n go. It was a great winning streak…until the system stopped working again. I started playing the slots instead and lost it down to $700 like a dumbass, but I did withdraw that. I am expecting much much more bonus points issued to me for this week long issue.
I posted last night about some issues I’ve been having and not one response about it pathetic
I’m still in shock that ignition is accepting peoples deposits during this debacle. Someone please wake me up when it’s safe to play here, and there’s some compensation to test it out with. I’m not in the mood to use my own money anymore during the trial and error period.

Well woke up to two 34 dollar buyins missing out of my account from trying to play last night…
So I guess it will get refunded back like before but this really blows chunks. Not knowing if the cash tables are gonna work or not and if they are gonna “stick” your funds in limbo…

It almost seems like ACR is waging war on Ignition. They are the biggest competitor. Interesting stuff.
I would like to see all these sites under attack take accountability, and shutdown until the problem is resolved. Staying open and accepting deposits on a broken and unsecure site is what bothers me the most. It just comes off as such a money grab, and a disregard to their customers. It is very predatory towards those with a gambling addiction.

Jackpot sit and go isnt working… screenshots to prove how long theyve been down… The compensation at this point needs to be immense in order to gain everyone’s trust back, this is absolutely ridiculous !
Where there’s smoke… there’s a dumpster fire! Seriously run far, run fast otherwise you can’t blame anyone but yourself when you get burned. BOL poker is great and I know loyalty is important to some of you but to me it’s more a matter of respect and ignition has disrespected all of its customers with this horrible ordeal. They continue to slap each one of us in the face everytime they say We’ll let you know when they know or we’ll give you more information on to be determined… I will not put another dime in the pockets of these people because there are other options. Change is hard when you find some place you really enjoy but it’ll be far less of a headache, you’ll know for sure you’re money is safe and you’ll feel like these other places actually care about their customers. Besides that there are tons of these places and more popping up everyday.
